Micheal Tyrone Lee Jr., affectionately known as Mike T, died after a tragic accident, according to a memorial fundraiser created on Thursday, August 27, 2026.
The fundraiser had raised $2,590 of a $25,000 USD goal through 19 donations.
Micheal Tyrone Lee Jr. came from Inkster, Michigan, played basketball at Wayne Memorial High School, continued in college in South Dakota, and spent seven years with the Harlem Globetrotters.
After basketball, Micheal Tyrone Lee Jr. worked in trucking and continued providing for family while building a future.
